IV cannula with injection port
Purpose of medication:
Designed for long-term administration of drugs in the peripheral veins.
Specifications:
- The catheter tube is made of translucent polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, Teflon) or fluoroethylene propylene (FEP);
- Needle with trihedral laser grinding is made of stainless steel;
- Lateral injection valve for additional intravenous infusion;
- Wings for clear fixation of the cannula;
- Transparent outflow chamber for monitoring the correct placement of the needle in the vein;
- A special plug protects from contact with the patient's blood;
- X-ray contrast strip for monitoring the position of the cannula;
- The injection valve has a color coding of size;
- Sterile, non-pyrogenic, non-toxic;
- For single use;
- Individual packing.
