Feeding catheter

Purpose of medication:
Designed for enteral nutrition, the introduction of liquid food to patients with swallowing problems, in which oral cancer, which resulted in serious damage to the tissues of the oral cavity, esophagus, dementia, etc. A nutrient catheter can also be used to administer medications to reduce their effect on the gastrointestinal tract. The catheter is injected into the gastrointestinal tract for prolonged use, usually in the stomach or the small intestine through the nose.
